Are you carrying something special, or need a specific type of assistance? Please check below our fees and the optional services we provide.
Oversized, fragile or valuable items such as works of art, musical instruments, electronic devices, etc. may be accepted as carry-on baggage with the purchase of one or more extra seats.
This service requires the payment of an excess baggage fee equal to the passenger’s fare, per extra seat, for the flight(s) on which the baggage is carried. All applicable passenger rules will also apply to these extra seats (e.g. penalties for reservation changes).
Passengers must make an advance reservation to transport these items, specifying their size and weight. This service is subject to confirmation by SATA.
Each piece may not exceed 75 kg, and items must be securable to seats to ensure safety within the cabin.
The issuance or reissuance fee is an amount charged for each ticket issued or that needs to be reissued, respectively, regardless of the airfare price. This issuance fee or service fee, in SATA channels, may be identified on the ticket with the code (XP).
