Motor or cognitive Disability

 

Passengers with disabilities or cognitive development, to travel in safety, must be able to receive and understand the safety instructions of the cabin crew during the flight. If this is not the case, it is strongly recommended that the passenger travelling with a family member or a friend in order to avoid any difficulties. 

 

We can help with:

  • Check-in
  • transfer from one flight to another
  • Accessing, boarding and exiting the aircraft
  • Collecting the luggage

 

Assistance does not include:

  • Help eating, drinking or taking medication
  • Assistance in the restrooms or any other form of personal assistance

 

Any passenger with a disability who is travelling alone must be able to perform these actions independently during travel, without outside help.
