Required documents for your trip

Are you planning your next trip with us? It will be an honor to welcome you on board and take you to one of our destinations! For a worry-free trip, we recommend checking your identification expiry and gathering all the documentation you’ll need to travel to your chosen destination.

Do you have an electronic passport? All European Union citizens, of legal age and holders of an Electronic Passport, can use electronic border control devices.

The RAPID System - Automatic Recognition of Passengers Identified by Document - allows passengers crossing the Schengen Area to avoid queues and save time at the airport. The Electronic Passport also allows secure identification, protection from illegal appropriation of identity and documents’ misuse, protection from attempts to alter documents, and aid in the detection of forged or manipulated documents.

How to use it

Follow these steps to use your Electronic Passport:

  • Insert your Electronic Passport, open and face down, into the device. Wait while it is scanned;
  • When the door opens, remove the Passport and proceed;
  • Stand on top of the yellow circle on the floor and look right into the mirror;
  • Move forward as soon as the second door opens;
  • Avoid covering your face, wearing hats or sunglasses, and using mobile phones or other electronic devices.

For more information, visit the website RAPID by SEF.
