Azores Airlines has introduced Time to Think (TtT), a new booking feature designed to provide customers with greater flexibility when planning their travel.
Available exclusively through the airline’s digital channels, the service enables customers to hold a selected itinerary, fare and seat for a limited period without issuing the ticket immediately, allowing additional time to finalize their travel plans before completing the purchase. Through the payment of a holding fee, applied per booking and adjusted according to the travel market, customers can secure their selected fare and itinerary, preserving the booking conditions during the chosen holding period. The service is available on eligible bookings made through the Azores Airlines website.
When applicable, the Time to Think option is presented during the booking process. Once activated, customers receive an email containing all the information required to complete the purchase at a later stage.
Ticket issuance can subsequently be completed through the booking management area or via the links provided. Among the main benefits of the new feature are greater flexibility in the decision-making process, protection of the selected fare and itinerary, and a more convenient and streamlined booking experience.
