Temporary change of passenger boarding procedures at Toronto airport

We inform you that, from June 1 to September 30, 2025, the boarding of passengers on Azores Airlines flights at Toronto Pearson Airport will temporarily take place at the Infield Concourse (IFC) Terminal of the airport.
As such, new temporary procedures for passenger boarding will apply, as follows:

1. Passengers check in at Terminal 3. Check-in will be available 4 hours before the flight departure time.
   
   IMPORTANT REMARKS:
   • Passengers with special requests, elderly passengers, and passengers traveling with children must observe the recommended airport check-in time – 4 hours before the flight departure time.
   • For their comfort and convenience, passengers should carry only essential cabin baggage.
      
2. The security control will also take place at Terminal 3.
    
3. Passengers must proceed to Boarding Gate B26 for the bus ride to the Infield Concourse Terminal.
    
4. Buses stop at the bus bay every 5-10 minutes. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
    
5. The Azores Airlines flight boarding will occur at the Infield Concourse Terminal.

Passengers should arrive early for their flight to have time to catch the bus. Passengers should plan to arrive at the gate at the boarding time indicated on their boarding pass.
