SATA Holding has concluded the assessment of the documentation submitted within the framework of the privatization process of SATA Internacional – Azores Airlines and has confirmed that six entities meet the participation requirements set out in the Tender Specifications.
Following this evaluation, SATA Holding has invited the six qualified entities to submit non-binding offers by 21 September.
It should be recalled that SATA Holding received eight expressions of interest in connection with the privatisation process. The documentation submitted by all interested parties was reviewed to verify compliance with the participation requirements established in the Tender Specifications.
