Azores Airlines will reinforce its air services between Lisbon and the islands of Faial and Pico by operating additional flights during periods of higher demand in the summer season.
On the Lisbon–Pico route, additional flights will be available on 8 August and 29 August. On the Lisbon–Horta route, the reinforcement will take place on 15 August and 5 September.
During the peak of the IATA summer season, Azores Airlines regularly operates 10 weekly flights between Lisbon and Horta and six weekly flights between Lisbon and Pico. With this supplementary operation, the airline will add an extra Saturday frequency to each of these destinations, increasing the availability of seats for both residents and visitors.
Azores Airlines will continue to monitor demand trends and adjust its capacity whenever operational conditions allow, seeking to meet the mobility needs of its passengers.
The airline also informs that these additional flights will be available for booking from tomorrow. Information will be communicated through its official channels, travel partners, and to passengers who follow the updates shared by the airline.
