SATA AZORES AIRLINES contest

In order to celebrate its anniversary, SATA AZORES AIRLINES will announce a contest on Instagram on August 13, 2024, under the following conditions:

The contest is aimed exclusively at all followers of the official SATA AZORES AIRLINES Instagram page at instagram.com/sataazoresairlines_official.
Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Prize

The aim of the competition is to offer a trip for two with SATA Azores Airlines or SATA Air Açores, valid for one year, excluding taxes. The blackout periods are: August 21 to September 30, 2024, December 18, 2024 to January 5, 2025, April 13 to May 4, 2025 and July 1 to August 21, 2025.

 

How to participate

To be in with a chance of winning the prize, contestants will have to perform 4 actions:

  1. Follow the SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page;
  2. Post a photo or video on Instagram congratulating SATA in a creative and original way;
  3. Have a public profile;
  4. Identify the SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page in their post.

 

Determination of the winner

  • The SATA Azores Airlines jury will choose the most creative and original photo or video, whose participant has correctly fulfilled the 4 requirements.
  • Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
  • Only 1 winner will be chosen.

 

Duration of the competition

The competition starts at 17:00 on August 13, 2024 and closes at 23:59 on August 19, 2024. The winner will be announced on August 21 on the SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page.

 

Participants

  • The competition is aimed exclusively at all followers of the official SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page at instagram.com/sataazoresairlines_official.
  • Participants who do not comply with the provisions of these contest rules will not be entitled to the prize.
  • SATA Azores Airlines reserves the exclusive right to deny the right to participate to any individual if it considers that the conditions stipulated herein have been infringed.
  • In the event of any error, misunderstanding or conflict regarding the operation of any aspect of this contest, as well as regarding the actions of the participants, the decision made by SATA Azores Airlines will be considered conclusive and final.
  • SATA Azores Airlines reserves the right to repost the publications identified in its social media stories during the contest.

 

Announcing the winner

  • The winner will be announced via the SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page.
  • The winner must provide their personal details (name, contact, address) via private message on SATA Azores Airlines' Instagram.
  • The winner will have up to 15 days to provide their personal details under penalty of being disqualified from the contest, and their prize will be awarded to the participant who, in accordance with the rules of participation, is included in the list of winners, respecting the procedure until the prize is awarded or the list of competitors is exhausted.

 

Prize delivery

The voucher will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the winner.
The voucher will be sent within a maximum of 90 days.
SATA Azores Airlines cannot be held responsible for any incidents that occur after the prize has been awarded to the participant.

 

Privacy and processing of personal data

  • Participants authorize their photo or video to be used for promotional purposes on the SATA Azores Airlines Instagram page.
  • The provision of personal data is mandatory for the award of the prize.
  • Participants authorize the data provided to be collected and processed by SATA Azores Airlines to contact and award the prize to the winner.
  • SATA Azores Airlines guarantees the confidentiality and security of users' personal data.

 

Miscellaneous provisions

Participation in the contest implies full agreement with these regulations.
SATA Azores Airlines reserves the right not to accept entries that do not comply with these rules, and to disqualify participants whenever it finds any violation of these rules or any evidence of fraudulent participation.
SATA Azores Airlines will not be held responsible for situations in which it is not a party, namely malfunctions on the Instagram platform.
If fraud is suspected, participants will be eliminated from the contest without prior notice.
SATA Azores Airlines will be responsible for deciding on any situation not covered by these rules and will publish its decision on its Instagram page.
SATA Azores Airlines reserves the right to suspend this Contest at any time, temporarily or permanently, as well as to make any changes to these Regulations that it deems justified or necessary, assuming the obligation to disclose the changes properly.
This competition is not open to SATA Group employees.
