The five candidates that had submitted non-binding offers in the privatization process of Azores Airlines have been invited by SATA Holding to submit binding offers by 9 December.
This decision follows the completion of the assessment of the proposals submitted by the candidates.
The binding offers must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Tender Specifications. On that occasion, SATA Holding will disclose the names of the candidates that will advance to the final stage of the privatization process.
