Frequently required for professional, administrative or personal purposes, these certificates were previously issued upon request through the Contact Centre or at SATA Group airline service counters. With this new online functionality, passengers can now access and download documents independently, at any time and without needing to contact customer support services.
The Ticket Usage Declaration can be requested through the dedicated area Useful Information section available at www.azoresairlines.pt, by entering and validating the details associated with the completed journey.
