SATA Holding announces that it has received five non-binding offers as part of the privatization process of SATA Internacional – Azores Airlines. The deadline for the submission of non-binding offers expired on 21 September.
The offers received will now be analyzed and evaluated in accordance with the terms set out in the Tender Specifications governing the process. Upon completion of this phase, the selected entities will be invited to submit binding offers, with the privatization process then moving into its next stage.
