Considering the constraints caused by the pandemic situation in 2020, many travelers have chosen to exchange their bookings for vouchers, expecting a more appropriate moment to travel.
However, after more than a year and knowing that some passengers still have vouchers to use, SATA Group airlines have extended the expiration date for those issued in 2020 until March 31, 2022, to increase the opportunities to plan a trip.
Vouchers can be used by a third person, as long as the voucher holder informs the airline.
Vouchers issued in 2020 can be exchanged for trips at SATA’s Contact Center or any SATA’s Azores Airlines sales office.
