Casa do Almance
The house is located at the foot of Pico Mountain and the sea, offering a simultaneous view of both.
A pleasant, comfortable and modern space where you will not lack for anything to make you feel at home.
We highlight the fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and television with 200 channels.

Outside there is a barbecue/grill area, dining area, hammock and shower with direct views of the mountains.
The space is very bright and all windows and doors have sea or mountain views.
On the property, we also have a small orchard with fruits such as banana, orange, custard apple, lemon, loquat, araçais, etc. Our guests are welcome to pick them from the tree and eat as much as they like.
As our house is located in a rural area, you can buy milk and other dairy products directly from the owner of the cows or buy cheese in a small artisanal factory 250 meters from the house.
You can also buy bread from the baker who comes by every day with freshly baked bread.
Neighbors also grow various agricultural products that you can buy directly from them.
Close to the house, you can also find 3 natural pools (two of them with a picnic area).
Located about 2kms from the house, Parque Florestal de S. João occupies an area of 212 ha. The Park intends to assert itself as a center for forestry dissemination, through its multimedia kiosk, bird observatory, thematic visits; and the promotion of sports and physical exercise (it has various equipment and fitness circuits) in full interaction with nature.
CASA DO ALMANCE offers good conditions for working with a good internet connection, in a quiet and peaceful location with views of the mountains and the sea, with fresh air and a mild climate (in the south of the island)
